Job Description
Manage the shipment of overseas stock orders
Must handle an entire OpCo as well as be fully cross trained on another OpCo.
Must be able to stand in for other OpCo’s as required.
Place purchase orders
Follow up on order statuses
Calculate the cost of items and shipments
Manage the receipt of shipments
Arrange the payments of invoices
Send samples of new products overseas to check quality

Qualifications
Matric
Diploma in International trade OR Supply chain OR Imports and Procurement.
2 years working in the finance department at a company.
Knowledge in Imports and procurement will be an advantage.
Financial skills.
Good computer literacy.
Imports & Procurement.
Incoterms.
SAP knowledge essential.
Excel – advanced.
