Our client who is a Global Technology Company is currently looking for an Incident Management Level 3 Server Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will manage and maintain IT environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability; implement and uphold security protocols across systems and applications; oversee software licensing, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements; and configure and manage user access permissions and security rights.

Key Responsibilities
Perform industry-standard testing to identify and resolve system faults.
Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical team members.
Stay updated on technological advancements, particularly in Industrial IT (Operational Technology).
Oversee and maintain various IT environments, ensuring stability and efficiency.
Manage and enforce security protocols across systems and applications.
Administer software licensing and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Configure and maintain security rights and access permissions for users.
Develop and provide comprehensive user documentation as needed.
Evaluate project activities to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
Take a leadership role in the design, deployment, and management of servers within your scope of responsibility.
Contribute to the development of technical strategies, policies, and procedures for Operational Technology (OT).

Minimum Requirements
+10 years’ experience as a Server Administrator
+5 years Azure experience
