Our client a Global company with expertise in Digital, Engineering and Cloud is looking for the services of an Instant Messaging + Time & Attendance Protection Services Specialist on a 12 month contract.

Key Requirements:
Provide 2nd Line Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware, software problems and Maintenance.
Support and maintain end-user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and
Training, and IOT Devices.
Assist in inventory and asset management for OT resources including software, server and workstations and IOT Devices.
Work within a team to automate management tasks, streamline processes and perform standard administration functions as needed.
Resolving cross-functional issues at technical level.
Maximize system availability and performance through fault-tolerant configurations, efficient network and server architectures, and proactive monitoring.
Stay abreast of advances in technology focusing on protection services technologies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Maintain professionalism, good attitude and appropriate behavior with IM personnel, clients and vendors.
Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly workplace/office.
Have good Time management and prioritization skills.
Lead by example, be flexible and willing to work overtime and time as requested by management.
Be open minded in collecting info needed to complete tasks if no SOP is in place.
Comply and understand AA H&S requirements.
Have a positive attitude towards your work and fellow workers.
Show initiative and collaborate with relevant management and fellow co-workers.
Obtain and convert Business Requirement Specifications to complete workable solutions from a T&A and Security System to IM Infrastructure.

Assist management to set KPIs and provide regular performance feedback through a well-defined and implemented performance review program.
In order to qualify for this positon you need the following:
Completed Grade 12
PSIRA Registered – advantageous
A+ / N+
N courses certification – advantageous
Dell / HP Hardware certifications – advantageous
I-Time Knowledge
Honeywell Access Control (EBI) systems – advantages
Knowledge in wiring turnstiles and readers
MCP / MCSE – advantageous
Project skills / Qualifications – advantageous
CNA Routing and Switching – advantageous
Babylon Training – advantageous
CCTV Training Courses – advantageous
Microsoft SQL – advantageous
