SALARY
R600 000 – R650 000 per annum

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main purpose of this role is for Co -Ordinator to support the sales team and ensure the smooth operation of internal sales processes. Responsible for handling sales inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support to enhance overall sales efficiency.

Order Processing & Coordination: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, monitor order status, and update customers.
Customer Services: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and build strong customer relationships.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts, follow up on leads, maintain sales records, prepare reports, perform administrative tasks, and organize sales meetings.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement, track inventory movements, and maintain accurate records.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with Syspro and MS Office.
Attention to detail.
Deadline driven.
