Bolt & Engineering Distributors requires an energetic individual, with a “go-getter “attitude and self-motivator to maintain and build their customer base in the Tshwane, Gauteng region.

The successful candidate will be working closely with the sales manager and the rest of the sales TEAM to increase sales to existing accounts as well as prospect accounts to meet individual targets. The candidate will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
The candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.
All necessary sales tools and training will be provided, and the company’s sales structures will be adhered to.

Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required;
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an Internal Sales Representative in the retail of fasteners, tools, welding equipment, industrial paints, lifting equipment, PPE, oils and lubricants for the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients, and suppliers
• Good attention to detail.
• Math skills to make sure all calculations are correct and avoid any unforeseen losses for the company
