Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Management assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement and organization of physical inventory. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately processing company invoices, retrieving the correct stock items and their respective quantities, and efficiently assisting with the distribution of these stock items. Additionally, you will be tasked with handling incoming international shipments, verifying stock quantities, and maintaining precise records and physical inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process company invoices and locate the corresponding stock items and quantities.
Organize and place stock items on delivery or collection shelves in a systematic manner.
Receive and inspect incoming international shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Distribute spares to technicians and track their movements using an excel spreadsheet.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock management processes.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records on the company systems.
Assist with labelling and packaging of orders.
