Requiremnets:
- IT qualification
- Certified Apple technician (Advantage)
- Maintain the highest-level proficiency in Apple technical environment
- Acquire sufficient product knowledge of 3rd party products- ongoing through web research
- Proven track record in technical support - hardware and software
