Key Responsibilities
Support BSTD applications through capacity management and performance monitoring.
Apply corrective measures such as patches, upgrades, and bug fixes.
Configure and install new application features to enhance functionality.
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
Provide performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
