Join our client within the Industrial Machinery and Manufacturing industries, a Global Organization with head offices in Germany and 120 Sites Globally, as they are looking for their IT Manager to come on board whilst embarking on Digital Transformation. The IT Manager will be responsible for IT Infrastructure management, Planning, IT Department Budgets, Procurement of IT projects, operations as well as the management of servers, networks and databases in a Microsoft Environment.

EXPERIENCE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall IT Management
Drive Digital transformation through development of technology roadmaps,
Creating and implementing IT policies, protocols and procedures (Including goals and strategies)
Provide guidance to ensure that IT Security processes, controls and compliance (including risk management and contingency plans) are in place
Managing IT Department Budget
Developing IT Project plans
Operations including Service Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Similar
7-10 Years Technical experience including Systems Development / Engineering, Network and Security as well as Infrastructure
5-10 years in IT Management Role
Strong ERP Processing (SAP will be highly beneficial)
Power Platform, Microsoft Server, VMWare, Cisco,
Network Architecture and disaster recovery plans and implementations
