We are seeking a dynamic IT Manager with strong leadership and delivery capabilities to lead a team of technical subject matter experts and team leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving key technology initiatives in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and service management to meet business requirements.
Ensure effective project execution and delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Implement best practices in IT governance, security, and compliance.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT and business goals.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring business continuity and system reliability.
Drive process improvements and innovation within IT service delivery.
Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in IT management, having led technical teams.
IT Related Degree or Diploma
Strong track record in IT service delivery, operations, and project execution.
Expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud-based solutions.
Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and other IT management frameworks is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations and risks.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
