Key Responsibilities
Acquire new business and growing revenue in existing accounts.
Deliver Software Engineering ACV quotas, on a quarterly and yearly basis.
Working with different resources within the organisation to reach maximum account penetration, you will strategically work on account planning, market strategy and opportunity management.
Grow the organisation’s footprint within defined accounts across all competencies and nurture long term relationship Drive Market IT goals and Key IT objectives including IT Strategic initiatives.
Customer solution selling.
Work closely with Marketing and Business Unit teams to ensure professional delivery focused value-based selling.
Proposal preparation and submission– quality, professional proposals as defined by Sales Excellence
Work with consulting services delivery team to ensure seamless transitioning from sales to delivery.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or IT.
8+ years’ experience in IT Solution Sales.
Strong and proven experience in new business development and account management within a Consulting Services environment.
Deep understanding of the IT industry, including knowledge of current trends, technologies, and solutions.
Enterprise selling experience in a B2B environment
Proven experience in engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the executive level.
Experience in conducting high-level presentations and discussions that address the strategic needs of C-suite executives.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
