We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role encompasses both frontline support and back-end infrastructure responsibilities. You will help maintain IT infrastructures, secure networks, manage end-user devices, and deliver outstanding help desk services.
Key Responsibilities
Non-Negotiables
IT Infrastructure Management & Security
Monitor and maintain core network infrastructure to ensure performance and availability.
Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
Implement and enforce network and endpoint security best practices.
Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Hyper-V, or VMware).
Ensure timely patching, updates, and backups.
Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Threat Detection & Incident Response
Deploy and manage cybersecurity tools including antivirus, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability scans.
Lead or support incident response efforts and post-incident reviews.
End-User & Device Support
Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
Install, update, and manage software, particularly Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
Support telecom infrastructure including 3G devices and VoIP systems.
Help Desk Services
Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Provide both remote and on-site support as needed.
Maintain accurate support documentation and knowledge base entries.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco Certified).
Experience with endpoint security and MDM (Mobile Device Management).
Familiarity with VoIP systems and general telecom infrastructure.
