We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the existing IT infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Grade 12
2. IT Diploma/Degree
3. Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
4. Excellent communication skills
5. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively troubleshoot and resolve all system-related inquiries and malfunctions, including those requiring coordination with external service providers.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of critical data within all systems.
Manage user access rights and permissions across all systems.
Implement and oversee system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Administer and maintain the company's SharePoint site and email infrastructure.
Offer guidance and support on business processes as needed.
Ensure seamless integration between internal systems and those of third-party vendors.
Deliver training programs on system usage and operational procedures.
Develop and automate reports for data analysis and decision-making.
Identify and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities, including employee awareness training.
Participate in and contribute to ad-hoc projects that align with the scope of work
