Purpose of the Role:

To provide top quality outbound services to a potential customer base.

Essential Criteria:

• Speak read and write Italian together with English
• 2 Years’ experience post qualification

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in Italian Language
• Processing and taking ownership of all incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
• Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
• Customer relationship building & management
• Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries

Salary:

• Basic Salary : R190 000 Per annum / R15 833.33 per month
• Performance bonus: R 20 000,00 per annum – become eligible to earn an additional R16 600.00 per month based on performance targets
