We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Administrator to join our dynamic IT team.
This role involves providing essential first-level IT support, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, ready to handle a variety of IT tasks.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing IT inventory, and supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees. This position offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment, where you will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st level IT Support to employees (onsite / remote)
• Monitor IT inventory, procure and manage IT assets
• Perform onboardings / offboardings of employees
• Responsible for user management in IT systems / tools
• Create and maintain IT documentation
• Conduct internal trainings on IT-related topics
• Assist on configurations/implementations in IT systems/tools

Requirements and skills:
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with modern office productivity tools
• Pleasant and patient communicator
