LLB/ BCOM related
2 Years of Legal and Compliance exposure
Analytical skills
Ability to understand legislative
requirements and apply factual circumstances to legislation
Report drafting skills
Good communication skills in order to
communicate with a diverse
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to priorities responsibilities
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist drafting the Compliance Management Framework plan for the company in addition, implementing the framework
Assist the business in Managing Compliance in each relevant business unit
With Drafting the Legislative Universe for the entity
With Drafting of the Risk Management Plans per relevant piece of
Legislation and documenting controls
Conducting Compliance monitoring reviews sending out reports on findings and recommendations to Management
With Conducting compliance training and awareness for the business on the legislative changes
Keeping up to date with the new changes in legislation and informing the relevant BU, and Exco by drafting legal opinions and comments and submitting same to the regulators and to business
Manage the Contract review Ticket system on
Upload documents and agreements pertaining to new business relationships onto the central repository
