Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of marketing experience
Strong copywriting skills – experience creating engaging social media and website content.
Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Google Analytics (training provided if needed).
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:
Assist in social media management – creating, scheduling, and maintaining content calendars.
Support content creation across blogs, website copy, and marketing materials.
Contribute to SMS and WhatsApp campaigns, building ideas and structuring messaging.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to brainstorm and execute marketing strategies.
Maintain and update website content.
Assist in internal communications, including a monthly company newsletter.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
