Job Title: Junior Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Pretoria)

Key Responsibilities:
•Sales Pipeline Management:
oEnsure sales pipelines are accurately maintained on Pipedrive.
oConduct daily and weekly follow-ups with the sales team to update and validate data.
oCategorize pipelines by division, customer, salesperson, acquisition clients, and cold clients.
oIdentify gaps in the pipeline and ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
•Client Engagement & Follow-Ups:
oAssist the sales team in scheduling and setting up client meetings to avoid missed opportunities.
oTrack and manage technology refresh cycles for clients.
oEnsure the sales and pre-sales teams actively pursue renewal cycles and new technology adoption.
•Sales Reporting & Analysis:
oCompile and present accurate pipeline reports for all companies within the group.
oProvide data breakdowns into divisions, customers, and sales personnel performance.
oIdentify key trends and areas for sales improvement.
•Market & Industry Awareness:
oWork in the ICT sector and develop a broad understanding of relevant technologies.
oStay updated with industry trends to align sales strategies with market opportunities.
oSupport marketing efforts by aligning sales strategies with customer needs and market demand.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• B. Com in Marketing, Business, or related field (Essential)
• Experience in a sales support, marketing, or CRM role (Preferred)
• Understanding of ICT sector trends and technology cycles (Advantageous)

Competencies & Technical Skills:
•Proficiency in Pipedrive (or similar CRM tools)
•Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, and visualization)
•Strong communication and coordination skills
•Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights
•Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving sales processes
•Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including sales and pre-sales teams
•Proficiency in Microsoft Access (Essential)
•Experience with Smartsheets (Essential)
• Power BI Reporting Expertise
• Have their own transport to and from the office. If required to travel for work a fleet vehicle will be allocated.
