Our Client a Leading Renewable Energy Company is seeking a Property & Commercial Legal Counsel/ Attorney

Salary: Very Competitive

Minimum Requirements:
• Admitted attorney, LLB Degree.
• Postgraduate diploma in contract law, property, conveyancing, commercial, environmental law, or Renewable energy would be advantageous.
• At least 3-5 years post articles experience as an admitted attorney
• Experience in the renewable energy industry and Experience in the REIPPP projects would be an added advantage
• Experience in drafting Notarial contracts and Conveyancing
• Experience in land acquisitions
• Experience in drafting and reviewing tender documentation in the Solar / PV industry.
