Experience
Min 3 years’ experience in Logistics – Warehouse
Min 3 years’ experience Years skilled experience
Experience in the telecommunications or payment terminal industry. (added advantage)
Knowledge of ERP systems, that include Microsoft NAV Vision, SAP etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses.

Logistics Coordination:
Plan and manage transportation of goods within the region.
Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules.

Operational Oversight:
Supervise warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyse data on inventory, logistics, and warehouse performance.
Generate reports for senior management to inform decision-making.

Vendor and Stakeholder Communication:
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Address and resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions.

Team Management:
Lead and train warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Cost Control:
Optimize warehouse operations to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost savings.

Compliance:
Ensure operations meet local regulations and company standards.
Manage audits and inspections.
