Medical Receptionist
Port Elizabeth

This position requires a mature, competent individual to manage an extremely busy medical receptionist position in a confident and professional manner

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a medical practice in a receptionist position/ invoicing/billing experience with exceptionally good communication skills and be able to work within a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken -non-negotiable)
Matric - non-negotiable
Ability to prioritise large workloads and make informed decisions.
Manage time effectively coupled with the ability to adapt to changes daily due to company movements within.
Computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word/Outlook emails
Highly organised and professionally presentable at all times and be in good physical and mental health.
Experience in working on medical programs- Elixir Live / I- Health Practice Solutions (preferable)
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
