Job Description:
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.
Prepare and maintain financial documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement.
Maintain organized filing systems and document management for financial records.
Assist with financial audits by providing documentation and supporting information as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the director, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Collaborate with director to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Conduct research and compile information as requested.
Assist with personal tasks and errands for director as required.
Act as a liaison between director and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide general administrative support to the executive team and other staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
Word / Excel / Powerpoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
