Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and review compliance with Agency's Risk Management Policies Reliable and relevant risk register
Maintain a risk register reflecting Agency's operations and assets. Reliable and relevant risk register

Assess and evaluate risks to which the Regional Office is exposed and implement action plans
Reliable and relevant risk register
Assist in implementation of corrective actions on hazards
Coordinate and participate in Risk based training at the Regional Office Training attended
Prepare reports on incidents for Manager: Facilities and Securities Report submitted
Service and maintain identified aspects in Business Continuity Plan
Monitor monthly reporting on the following: Health and safety issues
Number of cleaning and security staff onsite for the month
Facilities inspections (Air conditioners, physical building, CCTV reports, fire extinguishers, indoor plants, etc)
Reliable and relevant Business Continuity Plan

Considerable knowledge to exercise judgements on inspection of sufficiency of resources:

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric / Grade 12
Secretarial Diploma, Diploma in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
2+ years' experience as an Office Administrator with exposure to Facilities Management responsibilities
2+ years' supervisory experience Advantageous
Contract : 6 months Contract
