Purpose of the Role:
Support and maintain the Operational Technology (OT) underground environment, including:
Server and network environment installation, support, and troubleshooting.
Monitoring, testing, and resolving hardware and software issues.
Managing end-user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance, and training.
Creating and maintaining IT Visio diagrams and related documentation.
Collaborating on process automation and standard administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT hardware, software, and network problems.
Perform system installations, updates, and configurations.
Maintain professionalism and clear communication with stakeholders.
Support inventory and asset management for OT resources.
Escalate unresolved queries and follow up to resolution.
Ensure system availability through proactive monitoring and fault-tolerant configurations.
Stay updated on new technologies and maintain an orderly workplace.

Minimum Qualifications:
A+, N+
MCTIP/MCSE (Compulsory)
Cisco knowledge (Advantageous)
Rajant knowledge (Advantageous)
Experience:
3-4 years of IT infrastructure support experience, including diagnostic and resolution skills.

Non-Negotiables:
MCTIP/MCSE certification
3-4 years of relevant experience
Ability to work underground daily

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and CCTV systems
