Our client is looking to employ Outbound Sales Agent (Work From Home)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactive Outreach: Generate and nurture leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
Client Engagement: Build relationships with businesses to understand their needs and showcase how HubSpot can transform their operations.
Solution Selling: Tailor your pitch to demonstrate the value of HubSpot’s CRM, marketing, and sales solutions.
Deal Closing: Drive the entire sales process, from initial contact to signed agreements.
Target Hitting: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals—your success is our success.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 / Matric
3- 4 Outbound strong Sales /Lead Generator experience.
Excellent communication skills
Experience: Proven track record in outbound sales (B2B experience a bonus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to connect with diverse clients.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).
Self-Motivation: A driven individual who can work independently and exceed expectations.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively
