Position: Payroll Administrator
Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Role Overview: The Payroll Administrator will manage the entire payroll cycle using SAGE300, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
Process payroll cycle: new hires, terminations, promotions, salaries, overtime, tips, pension contributions, and deductions.
Ensure accurate approved overtime, commission, and tips.
Reconcile and submit monthly payroll summaries.
Import payroll into the bank.
Address payroll discrepancies.
Manage UIF applications.
Assist with salary sheets and rate calculations.
Oversee ESS function and tax directives.
Ensure data integrity.
Support annual audits.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification.
3+ years with SAGE300.
Knowledge of Employment Law and tax laws.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Honesty and good communication skills.
