Preparation clerks are expected to prepare different kind of documents, from normal A4 pages, involving tearing of pages from books of different sizes, dismantling files, removing paperclips, staples and get documents ready to be scanned by a team of scanners.

Preparation clerks are expected to prepare different kind of documents, from normal A4 pages, involving tearing of pages from books of different sizes, dismantling files, removing paperclips, staples and get documents ready to be scanned by a team of scanners. Must be able to understand verbal as well as written instructions (job specs) from different client and execute correctly.
