We’re seeking a Process Automation Analyst , This role leverages expertise in Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Artificial intelligence.
The role will facilitate the process improvement identification, design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions within SAP environments. This role is within the Improvements & Process Automation team (I&PA). The Process Automation Analyst role will facilitate the process improvement identification, design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions within SAP environments, with focus on, but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, and Vendor Management business processes.

Detailed Job Description:
Promote a service mentality and develop strong relationships within functional business units.
Have a clear understanding of:
End-to-end process assessment for automation opportunity or value unlocking.
Identify opportunities for digitisation using various technologies, which include, but not limited to RPA, IDP, AI, GenAI, etc.
Tracking of unlocked business benefits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities in SAP workflows, and analyse existing processes to recommend and implement innovative intelligent-driven solutions.
Facilitate compilation of business cases for intelligent automation pipeline creation future build.
Identify and unlock opportunities to re-use and scale automation processes across all the South32 Finance markets.
Execute best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve digitisation and quality output levels.
Ensure standards for analysis and documentation are maintained.
Report on deviations that could derail the achievements against targets.
Essential Job Requirements:
Post Grad Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
4-6 years experience performing process improvements, with a strong preference for candidates with automation of SAP process and consultancy industry experience.
Minimum of 4 years of RPA hands-on experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Ability to influence and get stakeholder buy-in.
Ability to apply a disciplined experimental and design thinking approach to solving problems using data.

Salary: R65 000 – R80 000 per month (negotiable)
