As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s fintech banking services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
Develop a compelling rewards program for Bank, Credit Card, and Corporate products within the coalition program, aligned with business objectives and partner offerings.
Utilize behavioural science principles to understand coalition customer motivations and design targeted reward structures that incentivize desired behaviours (e.g., increased account activity, credit card usage, and corporate banking solutions adoption).
Analyse competitor rewards programs and identify opportunities for differentiation within the coalition program.
Design a tiered rewards program with engaging benefits that cater to different customer segments within the coalition customer base.
Experience working with coalition programs or loyalty initiatives.
Knowledge of South African banking, credit card, and corporate financial services landscape.
Experience using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer rewards and loyalty programs.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful rewards programs within the financial services industry, ideally with experience in banking, credit cards, or corporate financial solutions.
Strong understanding of behavioral science principles and their application in designing engaging and motivating rewards structures that incentivize desired financial behaviors.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to utilize data to inform program decisions and optimize customer experience and financial outcomes.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
