Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients and lead a shift in the Adult ICU.
Work collaboratively with healthcare teams, ensuring patient safety and the delivery of best-practice care.
Manage complex medical equipment and assist in critical care procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements:

Nursing Diploma or Degree.
Post-Basic Critical Care (1-year diploma).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in adult ICU within a multi-disciplinary hospital.
Shift leading experience is required.
Computer literate.
Experience with ECMO patients would be an added advantage.
