Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
Monitor project progress and address potential issues
Measure and report on project performance
Support the preparation of monthly programme reports
Act as the point of contact for all participants.
Administration support required by the IJS Transversal Sub-Programme.
Minimum Qualifications
Appropriate qualification in Project Management or Business Administration at NQF5.
Minimum Experience
3+ years’ experience in a project management environment in a Project Administration role
4+ years in the ICT environment
2+ years’ experience with project management tools e.g Ms Project and collaborative tools such as EPM
Added Advantage
Appropriate qualification in Business Management or Business Administration will be an advantage
Relevant Project Management Certificate will be an advantage
