The Project Architect Engineer ensures that all mechanical systems, such as HVAC, piping, and plumbing installations, comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves inspecting, testing, and documenting mechanical work to ensure smooth project execution across multiple sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect and monitor the installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and fire protection systems.
Ensure all mechanical works adhere to approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Review and approve materials, equipment, and documentation related to mechanical installations.
Testing and Verification: Supervise and witness testing activities such as pressure testing, duct leakage testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems. Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure implementation.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and submit quality control reports and updates to the Senior Mechanical Engineer.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project quality plans, and mechanical codes. Coordinate with contractors to resolve mechanical quality issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical QA/QC roles.
