Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee equipment builds and lead field service teams. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, execute, and oversee equipment-build projects.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee field service teams for installation, maintenance, and support.
Manage spare parts inventory and optimize service logistics.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team.
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project alignment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of project management experience in relevant industries.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required.

Desirable:
PMP certification.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Familiarity with ERP systems for project tracking.
