Job Title: Project Manager - Sheet Metal Factory Operations- CAD designer

Location: Pretoria, Centurion

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the operations of our sheet metal factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing logistics and production processes, with a focus on sheet metal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day factory operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Oversee logistics, including material procurement, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
- Coordinate with production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Benefit from shop fitting experience, but not essential

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing sheet metal factory operations or similar industry
- Strong understanding of logistics and production processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Proficient in CAD design (essential) solidworks
- Shop fitting design experience (advantageous)
- Exceptional customer service skills (essential)
