We're URGENTLY seeking Quality Assurance Agents - 12 Months Contract - Randburg ,To assess and report on the quality of the performance of the call centre agents.

MUST be available to start immediately!

Duties & Responsibilities
Perform call monitoring to assess call centre agents’ demeanor, treating the customer fairly, customer service performance, compliance with the script, product knowledge
Rates the call centre agent performance in terms of the scorecard
Identifies areas for improvement and communicates these to the call centre agents and the team lead.
Adhering to companies policies and processes.
Understanding the Companies culture and behaving in a manner that reflects the culture.

Desired Experience & Qualification

EXPERIENCE
2+ Years Experience as a Quality Assurance call centre agent, Quality Assurance analyst, OR experience in a Quality Assurance role elsewhere.
Experience working on 1 Stream and Node would be advantageous

QUALIFICATIONS
Matric / Grade 12

Package & Remuneration
Basic salary: R7000 + R50 per evaluation above target
