Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
? Greet customers warmly and build rapport.
? Effectively communicate the key features and benefits of the Phenix X smartphone.
? Answer customer questions clearly and concisely.
? Conduct product demonstrations and address customer concerns.
? Close sales and process customer payments.

Sales Targets:
? Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
? Contribute to the overall success of the pop-up store campaign.

Inventory Management:
? Maintain accurate inventory records.
? Ensure the proper display and presentation of sales materials.
Customer Support:
? Provide basic customer support and address initial inquiries.
? Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to the team.

Data Entry:
? Accurately record sales data and customer information in the designated CRM system.

Location: JHB - Woodmead & Northgate
Contract: 1 week assignment
