Primary responsibilities for the Customer Service Associate position may include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Great Attitude
• Manage a high volume of customers
• Taking the initiative with customers to build sustainable relationships
• Maintain records of all conversations in the Field
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to issues • Meet personal/team.
