MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales and secure orders for engineered industrial products and services by engaging key decision-makers in the mining, steel, and related industries through a relationship-driven approach.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase market share.
Maintain a strong, visible presence in the market to foster new business relationships while supporting current clients.
Provide expert consultation to clients on selecting appropriate products and solutions.
Negotiate and conclude contracts effectively.
Proactively promote and sell new product developments to customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and key market drivers.
Offer first-line technical support to customers for product-related inquiries.
Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction.
Manage customer relationships using CRM tools like Salesforce and support forecasting and sales planning.
REQUIREMENTS
5 years of mechanical experience in heavy industries such as Mining, Metals, Power, Oil, and Gas, with specific experience handling drive trains (e.g., conveyors, mills, crushers, pumps, compressors) and a solid understanding of shaft-to-shaft and fluid couplings and their industrial applications.
Proven track record in selling, negotiating, and finalizing commercial service agreements and contracts.
Proficiency in basic MS Office applications.
Valid Code B driver’s license.
Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven personality.
