RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that we sell all PET volumes at the highest possible/reasonable price.

Maintain healthy customer relationships with Key Accounts.
Liaising with price analysts to quantify stock.
Liase with all levels at major key customers to ensure best service levels.
Promote company values to foster partnerships with our customers.
Conduct ethical dealings in line with good corporate governance in line with Kap requirements.
Provide insight into market trends through available data sources/portals (import stats, ICIS, WoodMac).
Manage all commercial elements relating to responsible portfolio.
Includes negotiations of monthly prices, sales administration, forecasting, allocating stocks, negotiating securities, competitive market information, competitive grade information, market application segmentation analysis.
Meets sales and volume budget.
Market assessment – market report / segmentation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

BCom Sales & Marketing / Branding / BBA (or similar)
Proven experience in delivering sales strategies successfully.
5 years’ experience in a similar role – commercially inclined duties.
Proven Business acumen and adaptability to manage sales teams plus grow market share.
