Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads from existing database.
Engage prospects with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a consultative approach.
Convert interest into confirmed bookings by guiding prospects through the registration and payment process.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and outcomes.
Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and conversions.
Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and customer responses.
Represent our clients brand and the value of the programme with confidence and clarity.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in cold calling or telesales.
Strong track record of successfully converting leads into sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills - well-spoken, confident, and persuasive.
Friendly, energetic, and professional with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and remain motivated in a high-volume calling environment.
Previous experience in event sales or training program sales will be advantageous.
