SALES ORDER CLERK - CATO RIDGE, KZN

As the Sales Order Clerk you will be dealing daily with customer requirements, regarding the product received by the company's clients. You will be working within a fast-paced and demanding environment where attention to detail and communication skills (read, write, and speak) need to be of the highest professional standards.

The ability to work within a team and independently, think on your feet and utilize your problem-solving and initiative skills, will be key. You will also assist with scheduling and collaboration of daily requirements for production. A strong personality is required and an individual who is able to prioritize and organize, essential to the role.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric/ GR 12 Certificate
• Valid SA code 08/EB driver’s license.
• 3-4 Years Sales and Customer service experience
• Fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans ESSENTIAL (Read, write, and speak)
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook essential
• Excellent administrative skills
• High standard of attention to detail (including spelling and grammar)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Telephone and business etiquette
• Problem solving skills
• Experience working in the manufacturing / milling or related industries is an advantage
• Must be sure that you are able to travel to work and back (Should you reside in Durban this is a 45 - 55-minute drive)
- Afrikaans is an advantage
