Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Manager to lead the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of our SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP modules, a strong background in project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure that SAP solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Planning:
o Develop and implement SAP strategies to support organizational goals.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Project Management:
o Lead SAP projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
o Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• System Management:
o Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP modules (such as FICO, MM, SD, HR, PP, etc.).
o Ensure that SAP systems are optimized for performance, stability, and scalability.
o Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the timely resolution of incidents.
• Team Leadership:
o Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants, analysts, and developers.
o Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
o Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to ensure team readiness and proficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
o Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related matters with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
o Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and other relevant teams.
• Compliance & Governance:
o Ensure that SAP implementations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
o Develop and maintain documentation of SAP processes, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP management, including implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, HR, PP, or similar.
• Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful SAP implementations.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and integration, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
