Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the line manager and assist with marketing activities.
Duties include reception, general administrative and project-based work and in ensuring quality management through the adherence to stipulated policies and procedures.
Administer and co-ordinate office administration and supervise the housekeeping programme ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Project a professional company image through in-person and telephonic interactions.
Requirements:
Grade 12.
Secretarial Diploma.
Basic secretarial and administrative skills.
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Excel software packages.
Minimum of three years’ experience required of administrative and clerical procedures.
Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills.
Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents.
