Identification, development and adoption of standards by participating departments
Adaptation of departmental solution portfolios to align with business process and integration models
Managing departmental subject matter capacity availability for solution design of required integration points
Strategic analysis and concept development of projects & initiatives
Conduct feasibility assessments,
Development of project business cases, analysis and design documents
Administration of the IJS Transversal modelling tool & model repository
Management of the DPIJS requirements for IJSRCC and ISCCJ technical delivery and maintenance and oversee ISCCJ IMTT data collection and compilation of reports.
Management of Development Committee CJS Research specialist BI related reports, such as MATD, DPRTT, IJS RCC, etc.
The on-going development, review and update of analysis and design specifications (functional and data) for CJS processes in order reach inter-departmental agreement on the integration points and events.
Preparation of project analysis, design and implementation artefacts (including presentations, documents, training materials, guides and user manuals)

Minimum Qualifications
Appropriate Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Informatics, or Engineering, or Information Systems, or Commerce or other relevant qualification at NQF7

Minimum Certificate
Certification in Business Analysis

Minimum Experience
10+ years in the ICT industry
8+ years in Business Analysis
8+ years’ experience in integration projects.
5+ years’ experience in Process Modelling Tools and Techniques.
5+ years’ experience of inter-departmental/organizational solution portfolios to align with business process and integration models
