Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis and Consultation: Gather and document requirements, identify pain points, improve processes via automation, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Project Facilitation: Lead and define business perspective project plans, ensuring successful project delivery.
Website Development and Optimization: Collaborate on website design, usability, accessibility, and performance. Enhance digital experiences through automation.
Digital Automation Solutions: Identify digitization opportunities, develop workflows and dashboards and integrate Power Platform solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor website and automation performance for continual improvement.
Innovation: Advocate for new tools and methodologies to improve the digital agenda.

Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Informatics, IT, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in business analysis/consulting, with expertise in web development, automation, and user experience.
Proven project leadership experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
