Our client is an international technology & asset management company which provides end-to-end technology solutions to various sectors across Africa and Europe.

Job Role

This role requires an incumbent for business development within the private and public sector. The client base includes industrial, mining, municipal and provincial utility space where we address the need for asset management solutions and specialist engineering support services.

In addition, the traditional roads and stormwater space is serviced within the municipal environment.

This position is critical to develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive and ensure that revenue growth targets are met in order to successfully execute and keep the company competitive and innovative for the region defined as Southern African as well as the of Africa

Minimum Qualifications & Experience required

Registered Civil Engineer (Pr Eng/Pr Tech Eng (Civil)) with minimum of 10 years’
Business Development & Sales experience
Relevant Tertiary and preferably post-graduate qualification in Project and Construction Management
Professionally Registered with ECSA
Registered with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP)
Detail design of road projects,
Contract Documentation,
Specifications,
Bill of Quantities,
Tender Adjudication Process and Tender Reports,
Contract procurement,
Contractual requirements,
Administration and ensuring supervisory
Experience with National, Provincial and Municipal Authorities
Assist with marketing activities like Conferences, Breakfasts, Golf Days etc
