Requirements:
Matric with a Degree or Diploma in risk, Finance or Law and a RE1 / 5
Expert in communicating effortlessly with the regulators – NCR, PASA, FCSA, FICA, and InfoReg
5+ years experience drafting local and international policies in above mentioned industries

Duties:
Work closely with department heads to identify risks and design / draft policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
Testing of internal systems and controls through monitoring and audits..
Advise management of any regulatory changes affecting the daily operations of the company.
Managing the complaints framework in line with legislation.
