We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of our client. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our systems. This individual will be proactive, capable of troubleshooting complex issues, and aligning with best practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Information Technology Diploma or Degree, or related field.
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in IT systems administration, with at least 2 years focused on SQL Server management.
Certifications preferred or similar:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Associate.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE/MCDBA).
VMware Certified.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certifications.

Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Proficient in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Strong understanding of IT security, firewalls, antivirus solutions, and network security protocols
