Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the company’s network architecture strategy.
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure network solutions that align with business objectives and future growth.
Provide technical leadership to a team of network engineers, guiding them in the implementation and troubleshooting of network solutions.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development and promoting a collaborative learning environment.
Plan and execute the deployment of network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other networking devices.
Configure and optimize network components to ensure high performance, availability, and security.
Implement strategies to ensure network scalability, considering factors like traffic patterns and application demands.
Vendor Management.
Documentation and Reporting.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
5 years experience in Network Architecture and Design
Industry certifications such as MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCINE, HCIA, HCIP, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, NSE
Network monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG)
Ansible, Puppet, Chef experience
AWS, Azure, GCP
Wireless Networking experience
Ability to design and implement hybrid cloud architectures and connectivity
