SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEERING)

Oversee and direct extensive projects from the bidding phase through to final completion, guaranteeing that all outcomes meet contractual requirements and adhere to company standards. Create, sustain, and execute detailed project quality plans to ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and industry-leading practices. Ensure continuous improvement in project execution processes; Monitor and control project budgets and cash flow and financial budgets; Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; Lead, manage and oversee engineering disciplines, ensuring that all inputs (specifications, budgets, timelines) are met and on schedule.
Qualifications and Experience:
• BSc/BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical or Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of proven project management experience, with a strong focus on water, mining, or industrial
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards, demonstrated ability to apply risk-based thinking & process approach.
• Can manage and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects timeously, within budget
• Strong understanding of commercial, legal, and contractual project aspects.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
